Building Our Culture During the Busy Holiday Season

Building Our Culture During the Busy Holiday Season

One of our top Focus Marketing Events priorities is maintaining our inspiring and empowering company culture. This is especially important during the fourth quarter, when the bulk of retail revenue occurs for the entire year. While we are laser-focused on making this the best and most profitable time of year for our company, our team members, and our business partners, we also want the joy and gratitude of the holiday season to be felt in our office atmosphere.

One way we spread holiday cheer is by bringing in our favorite seasonal baked goods. Not only do these taste great, but the wonderful smells create a festive ambience in our headquarters that keeps us smiling all day long.

Another team-building activity that keeps morale high in Q4 is the ugly sweater contest. This lets us compete in a fun way while getting to know more about the end-of-year holidays we celebrate.

Of course, team nights are staples of the Focus Marketing Events ethos that ensure we connect with one another outside the office. During the fourth quarter we like to pick themed outings that remind us to celebrate the end of the year while we’re busy maximizing the potential of it.

We appreciate the hard work our team members put in every day, and one of the ways we say thank you is with a spirited workplace environment. Find out more about the steps we take to build camaraderie during the busy holiday season by following Focus Marketing Events on Twitter.
